Returns and Refund Policy

At Nateeq LLC, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Eligible products may be returned according to the conditions below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, contact us at attiqurreahman@hotmail.com before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the knife must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Have no signs of wear, sharpening, damage, alteration, or misuse
• Be returned with its original sheath, packaging, accessories, and other included items
• Include proof of purchase or the original order number

All knives must be packaged securely for return. The blade must be fully covered by its sheath or protective packaging to prevent injury or damage during transportation.

No Exchanges

Nateeq LLC does not offer product exchanges.

To purchase a different knife or product, you must return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Products

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used, sharpened, damaged, or altered knives
• Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products
• Products returned without their original sheath, packaging, or accessories
• Items marked as final sale
• Products damaged because of improper handling, storage, or misuse
• Returns requested after the 30-day return period

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at attiqurreahman@hotmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the mistake is ours or the product arrived damaged or defective, Nateeq LLC will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return-shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by Nateeq LLC.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Nateeq LLC is not responsible for returned products that are lost, damaged, or improperly packaged during transportation.

Return products only to the address provided in your return authorization. Do not send returns to our registered address unless instructed to do so.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by Nateeq LLC.

If a returned product does not meet this policy’s conditions, the refund may be refused.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through the return process described in this policy.
